I believe meaningful change begins with curiosity, collaboration, and a willingness to rethink how we do things. Throughout my career, I've been drawn to opportunities that bring people together, challenge existing practices, and turn ideas into meaningful action. I work with higher education institutions, arts and cultural organizations, and nonprofits to strengthen programs, develop leadership, and improve organizational practices.

With more than 25 years of experience in arts and education, I've worked across higher education, arts and cultural organizations, and the nonprofit sector. As Director of the Graduate Program in Educational Theatre at The City College of New York, I lead programs, build partnerships, develop curriculum, and support organizational growth.

My perspective is shaped by my work as an artist, educator, and scholar, as well as by my experiences as the daughter of immigrants. My doctoral research explored identity, representation, and equity in theatre education and led to the development of the VOICE Reflective Framework, a tool designed to support institutional reflection and action.

I bring this experience to consulting and strategic advisory work, including organizational assessment and planning, program development, curriculum innovation, leadership development, and strategic partnerships.

I believe strong leadership isn't simply about having the answers; it's about asking better questions, recognizing possibilities, and bringing people together to move ideas forward.
